  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.








Damaged or Incorrect Orders






If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we got you 💕





  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

    • Once approved, we will offer:



      A replacement, or

    • A refund to the original payment method











Refund Timeline







  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear
