We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we got you 💕
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A refund to the original payment method
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear
